## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is highly preferred
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Experience
7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior role
Proven track record in implementing data?driven solutions in a global supply chain environment
Technical Skills
Proven experience designing and using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and data analysis techniques
Experience in understanding and leveraging predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and trend forecasting
Business Acumen
Solid understanding of global supply chain and logistics operations
Hands?on experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance monitoring frameworks
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions
Soft Skills
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem?solving
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience presenting to senior leadership
