In Ihrem neuen Job als First Level Support (m/w/d) - Sie:

 * gewährleisten den VIP Support
 * führen Software Rollouts sowie Updates durch
 * analysieren und beheben Störungen bei der Media Technik sowie den Print Services
 * unterstützen bei bestehenden Installationen und nehmen Anpassungen vor (Customizing)
 * übernehmen die allgemeine Analyse und Behebung von Problemen
