## Description

* Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Landschaft in Richtung SAP SuccessFactors - von der Analyse und Konzeption bis zum Go-Live.
 * Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse in Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft und Personaladministration und arbeitest an deren Überführung in die Cloud.
 * Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Employee Central Payroll (ECP) - inklusive Konfiguration, Migration und Inbetriebnahme.
 * Du arbeitest an Integrationen und Schnittstellen zwischen SAP HCM, SuccessFactors und angrenzenden HR- und IT-Systemen.
 * Du begleitest Tests, Fehleranalysen, Migrationen und Payroll-Parallelläufe und unterstützt bei Go-Lives.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit SAP-HCM-Expert:innen, HR-Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern zusammen und entwickelst Dein Know-how kontinuierlich weiter.
