Planung und Koordination von Changes, Releases, Rollouts und Inbetriebnahmen

 - Steuerung von Deployment- und Inbetriebnahmeprozessen im CI/CD-Umfeld
 - Bearbeitung von Service Requests, Incidents und Problems
 - Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 - Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Change-Management-Prozesse
 - Erhebung von Change-Management-Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Reports
 - Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Entwicklungs- und Betriebsteams
