## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine einschlägige Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung).
 * Mindestens 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Architektur oder Softwareentwicklung.
 * Nachweislich mindestens 2 Jahre fundierte Praxis im Umgang mit ITSM-Plattformen (bevorzugt Servity von DCON oder USM von USU).
 * Gültige Zertifizierungen in ITIL Foundation (v.3 oder höher) und PRINCE2.
 * Kenntnisse im Testmanagement (z.B. HP ALM) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence und MS Office.
 * Analytisches Denken, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit gepaart mit sehr guten Deutsch- (C1) und guten Englischkenntnissen (B1).

## Description

* Requirements Engineering: Sie ermitteln, dokumentieren, validieren und verwalten heterogene Anforderungen für ITSM-Plattformen.
 * Architektur & Design: Sie konzipieren kundenspezifische Architektur- und Lösungsdesigns und stellen höchste Ansprüche an Usability und Reporting.
 * Implementierung: Sie übernehmen die technische Umsetzung der Lösungsdesigns, inklusive Aufwandsschätzung und Terminplanung.
 * Testmanagement: Sie führen Unit- sowie Blackboxtests durch und unterstützen maßgeblich bei Integrations- und Abnahmetests zur Qualitätssicherung.
 * Agile Führung: Sie leiten (Teil-)Projekte sowie Entwickler-Teams, unterstützen die Selbstorganisation und optimieren die Zusammenarbeit in der Rolle eines Scrum Masters.
 * Support: Sie begleiten Datenmigrationen und leisten 2nd/3rd Level Support durch Ursachenanalysen sowie die Inbetriebnahme von Workarounds.
