 * Fundiertes Branchen- und SAP-Lösungswissen, sowie Erfahrung in der Geschäftsprozessanalyse und -optimierung
 * Erfahrung in der Formularentwicklung im Rahmen von anspruchsvollen SAP-Projekten wie z.B. SAP-Einführungen, SAP-Roll-Outs, SAP Carve Outs oder SAP-Harmonisierungsprojekte
 * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
 * Kommunikationsstarke Beraterpersönlichkeit mit hands-on Mentalität und Teamplayermentalitäten sowie Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für die SAP-Beratung
 * Freude an der SAP-Projektarbeit und eine Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte in Deutschland von bis zu 40% im Durchschnitt (variiert je nach Kundenprojekt)

## Description

* Begleiten von SAP S/4 HANA Neueinführungen über alle Projektphasen hinweg (Value, Readiness Check, Fit-Gap-Analyse, Detailkonzept, Datenmigration, Entwicklung, Test, Go-Live und Hypercare-Phase)
 * Entwickeln von Formularen mittels verschiedener Technologien (bspw. SAP-Script, Smart Forms oder Adobe Forms)
 * Begleiten der digitalen Transformation bei Kunden und (Teil-) Verantwortung für den Bereich Formularentwicklung im Projekt
 * Aktives Unterstützen der Kunden und des Consulting Teams hinsichtlich der Anforderungen in der Formularentwicklung
 * Als SAP Senior Entwickler auch Mentoring von SAP-Trainees und Unterstützung im Presales
 * Als SAP Managing Consultant auch Coaching von SAP Consultants und Senior Consultant sowie Presales-Unterstützung
