## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/abgeschlossenes Studium Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung (außerhalb Ausbildung/Studium) im IT-Servicemanagement (gerne mit Notfallmanagement)
 * Gute ITIL-Kenntnisse (ab V3, optimal V4), Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit einem ITSM-Tool, sowie nachweisbare Kenntnisse mit IT-Security/Datenschutz-Normen, wie ISO 27001, BSI und/oder KRITIS
 * Projektmanagementerfahrung >=1 Jahr in der Berufspraxis
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sie erarbeiten Controls und security-relevante Maßnahmen, die Sie in der Umsetzung monitoren und steuern
 * Sie begleiten interne und koordinieren externe Security-Audits
 * Sie definieren/verbessern KPIs/Reportings, um das Management über den Service-Status zu informieren
 * Sie sind für die Datenqualität im ITSM-Tool zuständig und verbessern diese kontinuierlich
 * Sie optimieren IT-Services hinsichtlich Security
