## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Network Engineer oder Network & Security Engineer

Unser Kunde unterstützt bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung einer anspruchsvollen Netzwerk- und Security-Landschaft im Umfeld einer kritischen Logistik- und Hafeninfrastruktur. Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Network & Security Engineer, der operative Verantwortung übernimmt, Projekte vorantreibt und technische Arbeitspakete eigenständig bearbeitet.
Aufgabengebiet

 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes im Netzwerk- und Security-Umfeld
 * Betrieb, Administration und Troubleshooting von Enterprise-Netzwerken
 * Betreuung von Cisco Catalyst- und Nexus-Umgebungen
 * Administration von WLAN-Infrastrukturen und Cisco Firepower
 * Unterstützung bei Cisco Umbrella-, Azure- und Unified-Communications-Themen
 * Selbstständige Übernahme und Bearbeitung technischer Arbeitspakete
 * Mitarbeit in Infrastruktur-, Migrations- und Optimierungsprojekten
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Dienstleistern und Projektteams
 * Arbeit mit dem Ticketsystem Matrix42
