## Description

Dayton Roger's is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Our company specializes in providing top-notch IT solutions to various clients in the Dayton area. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our clients., Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment

 - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution
 - Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are up to date and secure
 - Manage user accounts and permissions, including creating and disabling accounts as needed
 - Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
 - Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and implement new technologies and solutions
 - Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
 - Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets
 - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement
