## Description

The Policy Management System Project Manager reports to the Director of Accreditation & Regulatory Readiness and is responsible for both the day-to-day management of the policy management system and for facilitating multiple performance improvement projects related to policies, procedures, and compliance.

 * Collaborates with organizational leaders, administrators, and policy owners, the Policy Management System Project Manager to support compliance with regulatory requirements by guiding the document control process.
 * Conducts systematic reviews to ensure policies meet LBH guidelines.
 * Identifies where compliance and/or operational opportunities for improvement exist in regard to policies.
 * Works alongside of the LifeBridge Accreditation & Regulatory Readiness Team Members to provide support with on-site Regulatory Surveys and regulatory readiness activities as requested by the Accreditation Team., + $92,300-166,850 per year
