## About the Role

They're looking for a Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable taking ownership and building products in a fast-moving environment., * Strong experience shipping real-world products within a startup or scale-up environment, ideally Series A/B stage

 * Strong TypeScript and React / Next.js experience
 * Experience building backend applications using Node.js and/or Python
 * Good knowledge of PostgreSQL in production environments
 * Hands-on experience building and managing infrastructure within AWS
 * Experience across both frontend and backend development
 * Exposure to mobile application development
 * Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture and modern cloud environments
 * Experience shipping genuine LLM / Generative AI-powered features into production
 * Hands-on use of modern AI development and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar
 * A strong product mindset - able to understand a business or user problem and translate it into a simple, effective technical solution
 * Comfortable operating with autonomy and making technical decisions without relying on a large engineering team

## Description

This is a highly hands-on position with significant ownership. You'll work closely with the leadership, clinical and operational teams to design and build technology used by both clients and healthcare professionals.
