## About the Role

* Minimum 15 years of Big 4/Consulting experience is a must.
 * Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
 * Process/Functional Lead on at least 3 SAP S/4 Greenfield transformation programs (multi-country, end-to-end)
 * Led at least one SAP Discovery / assessment phases and built business case.
 * Experience in at least two verticals: Manufacturing, CRL, SURE, Life Sciences, CMT
 * Team Lead or co-lead large SAP pursuits

 * Solutioning, estimation, and client orals
 * Good understanding of Migration strategies (Greenfield / Brownfield / Hybrid). Experience on 1 Hybrid program is highly desirable
 * Contributed to pipeline, proposals, and deal closure
 * Some practice/accelerator/POV contribution
 * Project-related mobility/willingness to travel

The Role

 * Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
 * Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
 * Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
 * Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
 * Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
 * Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
