The Business Analyst will work closely with business users, subject matter experts, developers, and project teams to understand business objectives, identify system improvements, document requirements, and support successful PeopleSoft implementations., Serve as a Senior Business Analyst for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 initiatives. Support implementation and enhancement of Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements. Conduct fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts. Analyze business processes, operational procedures, issues, and system requirements. Map data between PeopleSoft, legacy applications, and third-party interface systems. Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing processes. Analyze solution alternatives and perform cost/benefit analysis. Document user needs, business rules, and program functions. Determine steps required to develop or modify applications. Review system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations. Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing. Validate integrations with third-party systems and interfaces. Additional Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project and requirements documentation. Support training activities and user readiness. Collaborate effectively with a large remote project team.
