It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: * Applying AI, automation, or machine-learning tools within Communications or Marketing environments. Working effectively within highly matrixed, global organizations. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: * Travel requirements: Estimate travel of 25% - 30%. ## Description The Senior Manager, Communications Technology & Insights leads the execution and evolution of Danaher's enterprise Communications Technology (CommTech), data, and insights capabilities. This role designs, integrates, and governs communications technologies and analytics-working closely with system integrators, technology partners, and internal teams-to enable a more data- and insight-driven Communications function. Combining technical fluency with analytical rigor, the role ensures communications tools, workflows, and insights are delivered through the right platforms and partners to drive speed, quality, consistency, and actionable insight across the enterprise. This role translates complex data into clear recommendations that strengthen Communications' impact and decision-making. Reporting to the VP, Communications Operations, this role is part of the Enterprise Communications function and may be located remotely or onsite at our Boston office.
