The ideal candidate combines deep Java/Jakarta EE and React/TypeScript expertise with the ability to define technical strategies, modernize complex platforms, and drive engineering excellence., * Extensive experience developing enterprise software solutions. * Strong Java/Jakarta EE development expertise. * Strong practical experience with React and TypeScript. * Proven experience defining software architecture and technical strategy. * Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures. * Experience working with large and complex codebases, including enterprise application modernization. * Experience with Azure, CI/CD practices, and Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms. * Experience with Docker; Kubernetes knowledge is highly desirable. * Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and understanding of modern AI integration patterns. * Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions across teams. Nice to Have * Experience with financial, ERP, or other business-critical enterprise platforms. * Experience with legacy technologies and mixed-technology environments. * Working knowledge of C/C-based systems. * Experience with AI services, APIs, developer platforms, or MCP integrations. * Experience mentoring senior engineers and technical leaders. * Experience working in international, distributed engineering teams.
