## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, We are seeking a Project Manager with experience collaborating with engineers and product development teams to drive projects from inception through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams within Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban frameworks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product innovation and operational excellence in a dynamic environment., * You have a proven track record of delivering complex product development projects in a high-tech environment, coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams

 * You are experienced in delivering products incorporating both hardware and software, including new or evolving technologies
 * You are comfortable working in structured development environments (stage-gate, Agile, or hybrid), and have successfully applied these frameworks in practice
 * You have strong experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent, and understand how to use them to drive execution, not just reporting
 * You are confident leading teams through ambiguity, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring commitments are met
 * You are able to balance involvement in projects without displacing ownership from technical leads
 * You have formal project management training or equivalent experience, a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related discipline would be advantageous., * 5+ years' project management experience in a structured corporate environment
 * Degree or equivalent experience
 * Proficiency in online project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
 * Knowledge of project management tools, issue tracking systems, and status reporting
 * Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality and service.
 * Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.
 * Demonstrable experience of managing projects across multi-functional teams

## Description

* Lead project meetings, effectively managing tasking and clearly understanding status across the project, highlighting risks and issues, and taking steps to communicate them.
 * Maintain project management platform, ensuring that project plans are maintained by individual leads, and that metrics and timelines are accurate.
 * Ensures that the project team clearly understands the requirements for the project and actively manages to those requirements.
 * Ability to work in a matrixed and sometimes ambiguous environment.
 * Effectively manage all stakeholders and is comfortable communicating with senior level staff, pushing back when required.
 * Work with engineering teams to track and report progress, costs, risks and issues at a business level.
 * Work with Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations to ensure a seamless release and successful transition to routine shipping.
