 * Se valorará experiencia en posiciones similares especialmente dentro del área de Data, Finanzas, Riesgos o Cumplimiento/Reporting Regulatorio.
 * Ofimática: Paquete Office, Nivel usuario Avanzado en Excel y PowerPoint.
 * Idiomas: inglés nivel avanzado escrito y hablado (C1 de MCER).
 * Disponibilidad para viajar.
 * Deseable conocimiento de marcos ágiles de trabajo (SCRUM, etc.) y herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Confluence, etc.), * Orientación al desempeño de alta calidad.
 * Pensamiento analítico y conceptual.
 * Proactividad.
 * Resolución de conflictos.
 * Trabajo colaborativo y efectivo en una dinámica de grupo, a menudo virtual.
 * Fuertes habilidades comunicativas con interlocutores senior y Top Management.
 * Resolución de problemas, capacidad de estructurar y definir análisis para sacar conclusiones.
 * Flexibilidad y habilidad para trabajar en entornos de elevada presión.

* Participación en proyectos del sector bancario dentro del área de Data, Finanzas, Riesgos, Compliance, etc.
 * Consolidación, transmisión y puesta en práctica del conocimiento adquirido en los proyectos en los que participes.
 * Apoyo en la elaboración de análisis, nuevos requerimientos, definición y pruebas funcionales, etc.
 * Diseño y desarrollo de activos para facilitar la transformación digital en las entidades.
