This position combines remote and field-based work, supporting restaurant clients throughout the New York City area. Responsibilities include restaurant onboarding, menu configuration, system setup, staff training, go-live support, and post-opening support. The ideal candidate has experience implementing Toast POS systems and is comfortable working directly with restaurant owners, managers, and staff both remotely and on-site.
