## About the Role

to manage and support the platform, troubleshoot operational issues and improve existing reports, integrations and processes.
Key Technical Requirements: Hands-on knowledge of SFMC architecture, data models and core studios
(Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Web and Mobile Studio) Ability to build, automate and maintain
automations, data integrations and cross-channel journeys (email, SMS, push) Working knowledge of
platform maintenance,
releases and
performance/consumption optimization Experience reviewing
platform consumption reports
, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions Good understanding of
security best practices and permission management.
Experience in
incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution within SFMC Experience managing contacts in SFMC (
bulk contact deletion, subscription/unsubscription processes
) Comfortable with edge cases such as org-level
suppression list configuration, triggered send failures, automation failures and AMPscript errors Troubleshoot technical issues
and
provide technical support
to functional users Working knowledge of
SQL, AMPscript and/or Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)

, and responsive email design Experience
