Role involves extensive personal contact, relationship-building with outside entities, and the ability to motivate or influence others. Strong analytical, computer, and application skills required. Technical Skills: * Extensive knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, databases, and printers; general knowledge of PC networks * Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, including formatting, manipulating datasets, and using charts, graphs, and pivot tables; SQL, R, or Python experience preferred; database experience a plus * Ability to conduct data analysis, identify trends or patterns, and make recommendations based on findings * Ability to produce clear reports that effectively communicate analyses and findings * Must be able to work and travel independently and operate general office equipment Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move at least 25 pounds ## Description Responsible for working collaboratively with managers and senior managers on data analysis and projects, overseeing delegated tasks, coordinating with appropriate employees, and ensuring projects progress on time. Researches and analyzes data, produces reports and dashboards, and communicates marketplace trends and the success of existing efforts. Serves as a full backup for the Senior eCommerce Specialist.
