We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in PC repairs, imaging, and system configuration. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to support a dynamic IT environment, this opportunity is for you!, * Proven experience with PC repairs and diagnostics

 * High School Diploma or GED
 * Strong understanding of PC hardware architecture
 * Familiarity with BIOS configuration and PC imaging processes
 * Ability to read and follow technical instructions and deployment scripts
 * Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
 * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
 * Reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred:

 * Experience writing DOS-based deployment scripts
 * Knowledge of Visio, Oracle, or other MS products
 * Experience in a technical support or IT production environment

Experience:

 * BIOS configuration: 1 year (Required)
 * PC imaging processes: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Perform PC and laptop imaging, configuration, and repairs
 * Handle OS upgrades and deploy images using tools like Acronis, Ghost, and MDT
 * Apply UV printing, etching, or skins to devices as needed
 * Troubleshoot and repair PC hardware, including diagnosing motherboard and power supply issues
 * Install and maintain software systems (Windows 10, 8.1, 7)
 * Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and other applications as required
 * Tag assets and track inventory
 * Follow technical manuals, work instructions, and safety procedures
 * Lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
