Coordinate projects involving software applications, IT systems and digital solutions, from requirements and planning through deployment and go-live.Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project documentation.Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and financial KPIs.Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams . Support requirements gathering, solution definition, testing, UAT, deployment, and project delivery activities.Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes.Occasionally travel to project sites and other company locations to support project delivery.Previous experience as Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology projects . Proven experience coordinating the delivery of software applications, IT systems, digital solutions or technology projects . Experience working with software development and/or IT teams, ideally in multidisciplinary environments.Experience with project governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, risk management, and KPI monitoring.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams.Professional English (C1) is mandatory .
