## About the Role

Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, * Possess superb design taste, you heard right. It's the one thing we can't teach you.

 * Native understanding of how users interact with sites and the ability to design that journey.
 * Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in web design or digital media.
 * Strong portfolio showcasing website and creative UI design work.
 * Attention to detail and strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color theory).
 * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
 * Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design.
 * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required to code, but must understand limitations and possibilities).
 * Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools and processes.
 * Ability to collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers.
 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to present work to clients and explain design reason and purpose.
 * Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow, with Shopify being a plus.
 * Understanding of SEO principles related to web design is a bonus.
