## About the Role

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands?on experience in visual/content design and photo?video production for brands.
Experience in recruitment marketing, mobility, marketplaces, or service platforms is a strong plus.
Proof of original brand and employer branding content (photo, video, case studies) and/or designed assets (campaigns, social, visual systems).
Fluent in both Spanish AND English.
Hands?on experience independently managing camera, lighting, and audio, paired with advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Suite, and video editing (Premiere, DaVinci, or CapCut).
Growth Marketing & Velocity: Solid understanding of performance creative (hooks, retention, CTAs) with the ability to ship a steady weekly drumbeat of high?quality assets quickly.
Accountability & Mobility: High ownership over asset performance and iterations, alongside a willingness to travel across markets to shoot original, on?site content.
