## About the Role

Strong hands?on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows *****, Autopilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, and compliance management.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Collaboration, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, permissions, search, metadata, and document management.
Experience designing and governing enterprise knowledge repositories, taxonomies, content structures, approval workflows, version control, and ownership models.
Familiarity with ITSM Knowledge Management, operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, service transition, and support?oriented knowledge processes.
Understanding of security, information protection, auditing, data classification, retention, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, security specialists, operations teams, service managers, and business stakeholders.
