Required Experience ~8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Data Product Owner, or similar role.
~ Proven experience managing digital products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to continuous improvement.
~ Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
~ Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and product features.
~ Experience in user research, testing, adoption monitoring, and feedback collection.
~ Proven track record delivering data-driven products that generate measurable business outcomes.
~ Previous experience working in data-centric environments.
~ Experience interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Technical Skills Strong expertise in Product Management and Agile methodologies.
Solid knowledge of Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Modeling.
Experience defining and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Understanding of IT operational environments and IT performance frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in: Power BI Azure DevOps Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint ~ Ability to communicate effectively with developers and technical teams.

## Description
