Own and define the global courier fraud strategy across all Glovo markets; Address courier-related challenges at local, regional, and global levels; Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams; Perform deep-dive analyses to identify quality gaps and propose actionable solutions; Provide leadership with regular updates and reports on courier quality performance, risks, and opportunities; Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no-shows, and optimize fleet distribution; Collaborate with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams; Design data-informedsolutions that improve courier satisfaction and operational excellence.??????????
