HYBRID: Qualified candidates must live within a 180-mile radius of a hub location listed below and should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. ## Description The Business Insights Analytics (BIA) area within State Farm Enterprise Technology Department is seeking a candidate to research, measure and analyze customer digital experiences across Web and native app platforms. Selected candidate will have proven skills combining complex data sets in Adobe Analytics, AWS, and Sales Force. Candidate will identify, combine, and analyze customer web traffic, identity management, and digital self-service data. They will write reports and share outcomes specific to trends, anomalies, and insights with a customer-centric and data-driven approach.
