Offers solutions based upon best practices, generates specific organizational interventions (e.g., culture change, change management, restructuring, training, etc.) to support organizational objectives. ## Description The Senior Analyst IT Quality Assurance is accountable for software testing of applications / products deliverables to ConnectiveRx Clients and operations team. The incumbent will work with program management, Business Analyst, Product Management, our development teams and other Quality Assurance teams to ensure reporting aligns with specifications and is complete and accurate based client and product deliverables. The Senior Analyst IT QA leads quality across our software delivery lifecycle while mentoring junior team members and influencing engineering best practices.
