* Nacionalidad española obligatoria. No está permitida la doble nacionalidad.

* Clearance NATO obligatorio (HPS) .
* Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en entorno Cisco.
* Buen conocimiento de Cisco Telephony v12. 5: CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IP Phone, etc.
* Buen conocimiento de Cisco Videoconferencia: CMS, endpoints, TMS, etc.
* Conocimiento de la suite VMware v7/v8.
* Dominio de protocolos SIP/H. 323.
* Valorable: Kurmi, Telisca, Real Time Monitoring, Prognosis, PeterConnects.
* Valorable: redes WAN/LAN y seguridad; administración de sistemas y entorno PC.
* Soft skills: trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad al cambio, sentido del servicio, rigor y curiosidad.

## Description

En Experis buscamos un/a Especialista de Soporte Cisco Telephony y Videoconferencia (H/M/X) liderando e implementando proyectos Cisco de telefonía y videoconferencia y resolviendo incidencias complejas en entornos internacionales.

* Participar, liderar e implementar proyectos Cisco de telefonía y videoconferencia.
* Apoyar de forma ocasional a los equipos operativos L1 y L2, con foco en resolución de incidencias complejas.
* Gestionar major incidents: cualificación, plan de acción, resolución, RCA y knowledge.
* Realizar problem management.
* Asegurar la transferencia de conocimiento a técnicos e ingenieros.
* Atender peticiones específicas de cliente en coordinación con el Team Leader/SDM de Capgemini.
* Actualizar documentación técnica (HLD y LLD) y procedimientos.
* Ejecutar pruebas de hardware y de configuración.
