 * Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
 * SAP experience required

## Description

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is hiring a Cost Accountant to join their team in a highly visible role supporting operations, supply chain, and finance leadership. This position offers strong exposure to manufacturing operations, inventory, costing, and financial analysis while partnering cross-functionally with multiple departments. SAP experience required! ***3 days onsite, 2 days remote, * Maintain and analyze standard product costing within SAP

 * Analyze manufacturing variances, cost of sales, margins, and operational KPIs
 * Support month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
 * Assist with inventory accounting, physical inventory counts, and cycle count analysis
 * Prepare reporting and financial analysis for leadership
 * Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve costing accuracy and reporting processes
 * Support forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives
 * Help identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, internal controls, and data integrity
