* Experiencia: Mínimo +5 años en roles similares, con experiencia en el sector bancario.
 * Conocimientos técnicos: SQL avanzado (Oracle/DB2/Hive).
 * Experiencia en APIS.
 * Conocimientos de mercados financieros: renta fija, renta variable, repos, derivados,...
 * Herramientas: Jira, Confluence, Git .
 * Metodología: Orientación Agile , con experiencia en pruebas UAT y documentación de evidencias.
 * Imprescindible experiencia con Kibana o similares .

## Description

* Soporte N2 para aplicaciones internas de la entidad bancaria.
 * Monitorización de procesos batch y análisis de logs con Kibana/OpenShift.
 * Optimización de queries SQL (Oracle) y gestión de incidencias en ServiceNow/JIRA.
 * Coordinación con equipos técnicos y atención directa a usuarios finales.
