Architect or Developer is ideal of any enterprise marketing automation platform) * Experience in translating business and technical requirements into software enhancements. * Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web (API) calls. * Proficiency in ampscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus. * Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), knowledge of CDP is a big plus * Experience in a software house, consultancy, or project delivery environment preferred. * Knowledge of email and website design preferred. * Exposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket) is a plus. * Pharma knowledge (including Veeva CRM) is a plus. * Experience in production support and troubleshooting preferred. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable. * Fluency in English. ## Description The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager will enable the HPS DU (Human Pharma Delivery Unit) Campaign Automation Services to efficiently and effectively build and automate campaign journeys with their expertise and management of technical aspects of the platforms. The primary platform will be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but may also include other tools across tour client´s digital engagement environment, such as other Adobe Marketing Cloud software, CDP - customer data platforms, database management systems, and proprietary work-intake tools.
