 * Several years of experience in data architecture, platform engineering or enterprise IT architecture
 * In-depth knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks), cloud architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and data integration patterns
 * Basic relationships in data governance, data modeling, and metadata management
 * Experience with tools and technologies such as data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and orchestration frameworks
 * Knowledge of building and managing virtual organizations or communities
 * Experience with agile methodologies and scams
 * Fluent in German and English
 * Analytical thinking knowledge and services Solution-oriented and clear communication skills
 * Structured run-down machine - also without hands-free system and more with - in a functional, international environment
 * Confident communication, overcoming presentation skills and good organizational skills
 * Ability to plan resources ahead and play field
