## About the Role

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. HTL oder höher)
 * Du verfügst über sehr gutes Know-how in der Netzwerkadministration - DNS und DHCP sind daher geläufige Begriffe für dich
 * Du konntest mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Bereich und idealerweise auch im Umgang mit AV-Systemen sammeln
 * Du bist fit in Windows 10/11 und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit Windows-Server-Umgebungen mit
 * Du arbeitest service- und kundenorientiert und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick
 * Du liebst es, technische Herausforderungen zu meistern und findest für jedes Problem eine smarte Lösung
 * Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch - weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
 * Du schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team, bringst dich aktiv ein und arbeitest auch eng mit unseren Kolleg:innen in Dallas (USA) zusammen

## Description

* Du löst technische Herausforderungen selbstständig - per Remotezugang auf Systemen rund um den Globus
 * Du unterstützt Kund:innen im 2^nd Level-Support - kompetent, freundlich und lösungsorientiert
 * Du übernimmst Tickets, behältst den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Anliegen sauber nachverfolgt wird
 * Du nimmst unsere Systeme an unserem Standort in Wien in Betrieb, prüfst sie auf Herz und Nieren und bist gelegentlich auch international vor Ort bei Kund:innen im Einsatz (globale Reisebereitschaft)
 * Du dokumentierst technische Problemfälle klar und nachvollziehbar
 * Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein und hilfst uns unsere Produkte und Prozesse stetig weiterzuentwickeln
