 * 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer
 * AI-first mindset, with a strong willingness to actively use AI tools in daily software development to improve speed, quality, testing, debugging, and problem-solving
 * Strong product mindset, creativity, and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into well-designed solutions without relying on detailed requirements or predefined designs
 * Strong functional analytics and product owner skills
 * Current tech stack that you will need to be proficient with: Nuxt, Vue, Python, Django, Postgres
 * Familiarity with Linux and Docker containers
 * Self-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
 * Ownership and responsibility will be critical
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 * Location in Europe, with the ability to occasionally be present in the Brussels office

Nice to have:

 * Familiarity with device management & telemetry
 * Experience with a physical hardware and IoT systems is a strong plus
 * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana or Loki is a strong plus
 * Hands-on experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable internal and customer-facing web platforms and APIs
 * Work across the full stack (frontend, backend, database, testing, deployment)
 * Design backend services for physical device management, telemetry, software versions, deployments, licensing and subscriptions
 * Build integrations with external services such as e-commerce, billing, accounting and other business systems
 * Collaborate with hardware and embedded software teams to ensure seamless integration between the hardware and software layers
 * Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve the team's development processes and product offerings
