## Description

Als IT Business Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen de business en IT. Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, vertaalt wensen naar technische oplossingen en ondersteunt medewerkers bij IT-vraagstukken. Je werkt mee aan implementaties, verbetertrajecten en het beheer van kernapplicaties, waaronder ERP-systemen.

Vertalen van bedrijfsprocessen en functionele vraagstukken naar IT-oplossingen

 - Ondersteunen van medewerkers bij applicatiegebruik en IT-vragen
 - Functioneel en technisch beheer van kernapplicaties (ERP AX / D365)
 - Analyseren van incidenten en coördineren van wijzigingsverzoeken
 - Opstellen van functionele specificaties en requirements
 - Samenwerken met applicatie-, systeem- en netwerkbeheerders
 - Afstemmen met externe IT-partners en leveranciers
 - Adviseren over digitalisering, automatisering en technologische vernieuwingen
