the Candidate:Strong consulting mindset with experience delivering in client-facing rolesRecognised expertise in enterprise, operational, or infrastructure resilienceProven experience assessing and improving resilience controls across infrastructure environmentsHands-on experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, testing, and executionExperience with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including resilience design considerations, and enterprise backup and recovery toolsetsUnderstanding of enterprise architecture and/or business process design within infrastructure or hosting domainsAbility to navigate complex and ambiguous problems, work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, and translate technical detail into business-focused insights, supported by strong communication and storytelling skillsExperience within Financial Services, including Operational Resilience programmes, Important Business Services (IBS), Impact
