## Description

Market leading company is looking for a Software Team Leader with experience of Embedded Firmware Development. In this office based role you will manage a small team as they produce high quality and innovative products for the music industry.

Activities and Tasks include -

 * Lead, manage and develop the software team.
 * Drive the research of innovative software and digital products.
 * Manage software development projects.
 * Lead Agile sprint process.
 * Manage delivery of software and firmware from concept through production, including testing and validation.
