A day in the life Your day is highly dynamic, varying based on customer needs and priorities. You might start with internal planning meetings, reviewing customer architectures and preparing for upcoming engagements. Later, you'll lead an architecture design session with a financial services customer, whiteboarding solutions and diving deep into technical requirements. You'll spend time building proof-of-concept solutions for pressing customer challenges, then conduct office hours where customers bring their technical questions. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with account teams to align on customer strategy, document technical recommendations, and dedicate time to staying current with new AWS services and features. This role supports US-FSI-Insurance, working with customers in the financial services and insurance industry to help them transform their business through cloud technology.
