Reporting to the Director of IT & Facilities, you will bring structure, coordination and pace to a broad portfolio of operational activity. Working within a small internal team supported by outsourced service providers, you will maintain oversight of day-to-day services, ensure actions and issues are driven through to completion, and help embed clear and sustainable operating practices. This is a hands-on delivery role spanning service governance, operational reporting, supplier management, risk and control remediation, and operational resilience.
