## About the Role

B Ausübungsformen, * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Linux-Systemadministration und im Serverbetrieb
 * Erfahrung mit Cloud- oder Hybrid-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise mit Azure
 * Praxis im Hosting und Betrieb von Webservern und Datenbanken
 * Interesse an IT-Security, Standards und sauberen Prozessen
 * Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
 * Keine Führungserfahrung notwendig, aber der klare Wunsch, sich perspektivisch in Richtung Lead-Rolle zu bewegen
Sprachkenntnisse:

 * Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse oder
 * Deutsch mindestens B2-Level und verhandlungssicheres Englisch

 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer privaten Cloud mit angebundenen Azure-Umgebungen
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten Betriebs von Linux-Systemen (Ubuntu) sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Setups
 * Betrieb, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Web- und Datenbankservices wie Apache, Nginx und MariaDB
 * Unterstützung der Entwicklerteams bei infrastrukturellen Themen rund um PHP, Node.js und Python (z. B. FastAPI)
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung der IT-Security sowie Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen im Rahmen von ISO-Standards
 * Fachliche Abstimmung und Koordination im Cloud- und Plattformumfeld mit der Möglichkeit, sich langfristig in Richtung einer fachlichen Leadrolle für ein kleines Team (3-4 Kolleg:innen) zu entwickeln
 * Proaktive Überwachung von Performance, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Seltene kurze Einsätze nachts für Updates oder Wartung, ansonsten flexible Arbeitszeiten nach eigenem Bedarf
