APIs/REST) - Kenntnisse in Cloud-Services (AWS, Azure, GCP) und modernen Plattformen (z.B. Kubernetes, Elastic, MQ) von Vorteil - Erfahrung mit Low-Code/Pro-Code Plattformen sowie mit BPM/Workflow Plattformen (Flowable, Camunda, Appian, Pega, Aktiviti o. ä.) wünschenswert - Sehr gute Java-Kenntnisse (Spring Boot), JavaScript und/oder Python von Vorteil - Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse - Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten gepaart mit hoher Problemlösungsorientierung und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise Da wir bei uns mit sehr sensiblen Daten arbeiten, benötigen wir zu Arbeitsbeginn

Strukturierung fachlicher Anforderungen und deren technischer Umsetzung - Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozesslösungen mit Flowable - von der Low-Code-Modellierung (z.B. BPMN, CMMN, DMN, UI) bis hin zur Pro-Code- Implementierung (z.B. Java, Spring Boot, Custom Services, Uls, Integrationen). - Implementierung moderner Automations- und Integrationslösungen mit Java/Spring Boot, REST und Cloud-Technologien. - Erstellung von Proof-of-Concepts und Prototypen für interne Use Cases - Anbindung von Systemen und Services, Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Dateiformaten und Schnittstellentechnologien - Sicherstellung einer stabilen End-to-End Prozessintegration - Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen inkl. Monitoring, Fehleranalyse (2nd/3rd Level), Performance- und Stabilitätsoptimierung sowie Unterstützung bei Release und Deployment - Etablierung, Umsetzung und Sicherstellung von Entwicklungs-, Integrations- und Dokumentationsstandards (z.B.
