 * Methodik & Tools: Routine im agilen Umfeld (Scrum/Kanban, Atlassian-Tools),Versionsverwaltung (Git) und erste Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Prozessen.
 * Soft Skills: Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
 * Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
