## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Billing & Payments Teams mit Fokus auf Performance, Qualität und Zusammenarbeit.
 * Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Rechnungs- und Zahlungsabwicklung.
 * Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen rund um Billing und Payments.
 * Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Servicequalität.
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Kontrollstandards.
 * Erstellung aussagekräftiger Management Reports sowie Präsentation von Handlungsempfehlungen gegenüber relevanten Stakeholdern.
