 * Führerschein Klasse B.

## Description

* Du betreust unsere Kunden im Rahmen des1st- und2nd-Level-Supports direkt vor Ort.
 * Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest IT-Arbeitsplätze sowie Hardwarekomponenten wie PCs, Notebooks, Drucker und Netzwerkgeräte.
 * Du analysierst Störungen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungsansätze.
 * Du führst Rollouts von Betriebssystemen, Anwendungen und kompletten Arbeitsplatzumgebungen durch.
 * Du dokumentierst Supportfälle und technische Maßnahmen in den eingesetzten Ticketsystemen.
 * Du unterstützt Anwender bei Fragen rund um ihre IT-Arbeitsumgebung und vermittelst technisches Wissen verständlich und praxisnah.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit internen Spezialisten sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen und trägst zu einer hohen Servicequalität bei.
