 * Kenntnisse im Incident-Management: Fehleranalyse, Priorisierung, Koordination der Behebung (intern/extern)
 * Grundkenntnisse in Webtechnologien (HTML/CSS, Browser-Devtools) zur Fehlereingrenzung, optional Programmierkenntnisse
 * Grundwissen zu Recht im E-Commerce, IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz (DSGVO)
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Agenturen/Dienstleistern
 * Hands-on-Mentalität und Belastbarkeit sowie agiles Mindset und Teamfähigkeit
 * gutes technisches Grundverständnis
