## About the Role

* Tu as 2 ans+ d'expérience en backend PHP (Symfony ou équivalent)
 * Tu es autonome, rigoureux·se, et toujours orienté·e client/utilisateur
 * Tu maîtrises Git et sais travailler en équipe
 * Tu aimes partager tes connaissances et apprendre des autres, * Expérience e-commerce ou sites à fort trafic
 * Bonne culture Linux (Debian-like)
 * Sensibilité à la webperf et aux architectures scalables

Process de recrutement

 1. Échange RH : présentation de Blissim & ton parcours
 2. Entretien Tech (30min) : discussion stack, organisation, challenges
 3. Test technique à préparer + debrief avec 2 devs de la team
 4. Dernier échange pour valider la fit et répondre à tes questions

## Description

* Concevoir et faire évoluer nos produits (site, outils internes, SaaS)
 * Développer et déployer de nouvelles features
 * Améliorer notre stack, nos libs PHP/JS, nos outils CI/CD
 * Définir l'architecture adaptée pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités
 * Participer activement aux code reviews et à la qualité globale du projet
 * Être acteur/trice de la roadmap : scaling en Europe, webperf, haute dispo

️ Stack technique

Backend : Symfony 6.8, PHP 8, PHPUnit, PHPStan, RabbitMQ, MySQL 8

Frontend : React, Next.js (optionnel mais bonus si tu touches)

Infra : AWS, Docker, Git, Redis, Linux (Debian-like)
