## Description

Vous rejoignez une équipe de technicien(ne)s informatique dédié(e)s au support bureautique et informatique d'une grande société nationale.
Après une formation aux procédures techniques, vous traitez les sollicitations d'utilisateurs arrivant par mails, appels téléphoniques. Vous effectuez aussi des appels sortants pour les utilisateurs ayant ouvert des tickets via le portail web.
Vous diagnostiquez et résolvez les problèmes matériels et logiciels des utilisateurs et assurez le suivi des incidents en tenant les utilisateurs informés de l'avancement de la résolution ou basculez la demande à un niveau technique supérieur si nécessaire.
