## Description

Réceptionner et traiter les demandes et incidents utilisateurs ;
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents liés aux postes de travail, logiciels et périphériques ;
Assurer le suivi des tickets dans l'outil de ticketing ;
Installer, configurer et préparer les postes et équipements informatiques ;
Assurer les interventions de support de proximité ;
Gérer les comptes et les droits d'accès selon les procédures ;
Escalader les incidents complexes vers les équipes N2/N3 ;
Assurer un accompagnement de qualité auprès des utilisateurs.
